Residential House Manager

  • Lead and support a team of fantastic Direct Support Professionals.

Direct Support Professional (DSP)

We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in our Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) homes, supporting amazing adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. What You’ll Do:

  • Empower: Help individuals live as independently as possible by teaching life skills, from cooking to budgeting.
  • Engage: Plan fun activities, outings, and adventures – think movie nights, park visits, and even dance parties!
  • Support: Be a compassionate listener, problem solver, and cheerleader when someone needs it most.
  • Assist: Provide hands-on help with daily living tasks like meal prep, transportation, and light housekeeping.

Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP)

We’re on the lookout for a passionate, energetic, and FUN QIDP to join our team! If you’re ready to help amazing individuals with intellectual disabilities live their best, most independent lives in the community, this is the job for you! This role is all about CONNECTIONS – leading a fantastic team, bringing your creativity to the table, and shaping a brighter future for our incredible residents.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building meaningful relationships with residents who will absolutely inspire you.
  • Leading a team of amazing direct care staff who share your dedication to making an impact.
  • Crafting and overseeing personalized care plans that empower residents to SHINE.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field (you’re already on your way to greatness!).
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • QIDP certification? Awesome if you have it! If not, we’ll train you to be the best!

About Us

Marion County Horizon Center operates Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) homes, providing adults with developmental disabilities the opportunity to live in the community with individual bedrooms and supportive care.

As a BCBA, you’ll create and monitor Behavior Support Plans, train support staff, collaborate with medical professionals, and make a direct impact on the lives of the individuals we serve. Every day brings new opportunities to inspire and be inspired!

Your Role:

  • Develop behavior plans.
  • Train and supervise personal support staff.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and consultants.
  • Monitor and document progress..
  • Conduct behavioral assessments to ensure quality care.


Who We’re Looking For

  • BCBA Certified or eligible to sit for the exam.
  • Working on your Master’s in Behavior Analysis? That’s great!
  • Finished your Master’s but haven’t passed the exam yet? Contact us – we’d love to work with you!
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a state background check.
